What and why
When you send us a group proposal request, we receive by email your name, contact details and the event details you provide. They are used to reply to that request and, if you go ahead, to organise the event.
We use them only for that: not for marketing, and we do not sell or share them with third parties.
Legal basis and retention
Processing is necessary to reply to the request you made (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). The data is kept only in our mailbox and deleted no later than 12 months afterwards, unless the law requires otherwise (for example, invoicing).
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data at hello@casica.pt. You may also lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority, CNPD (cnpd.pt).
Bookings and statistics
Table bookings are made on TheFork, under its own privacy policy.
We use Google Analytics to count visits and clicks on the website in aggregate.
